First Time in Milan?

 

Meeting point: in front of Castello Sforzesco.
We will walk together in the courtyard or the castle, whose name is taken by the Sforza family, lords of the city and patrons of artists and architects like Leonardo da Vinci. The itinerary keeps on along via Dante and the Cordusio which is the trading and administrative area of Milan in the Middle Age.
We will stop in front of the La Scala theatre, to sense the allure of Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Verdi, Maria Callas and all the protagonists of the Italian and International Opera.
The tour will continue through the evocative streets and buildings of the Brera district and the impressive Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, ending up with the visit of the Duomo Cathedral marvellous example of International Gothic architecture and symbol of the city.

Highlights of Milan!


Guided visit to Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper can be organized upon request. The tour can be completed with the guided visit of Pinacoteca di Brera, or the Museums of Castello Sforzesco.

If you’re in Milan, you just can’t miss some of it’s most wonderful museums, like the Prada Foundation, dedicated to contemporary art, or the Ambrosiana Picture Gallery and Library.

If you have time and want explore another little piece of Lombardy, you can visit the magnificent Certosa, located just outside the city of Pavia!

Milan is also the capital of Italian Fashion, everybody nows it! So let’s plunge in a shopping experience labeled Made in Italy in the heart of the the boutique district.

But!! the most interesting shopping opportunities are in the outlets, malls and galleries of shops where fashion items can be purchased at special discount prices.
